this was my best year-ender photo shoot evaaaaaah!!!

this was my last cosplay shoot for the year 2013

and i know that i'll be able to make more beautiful memories

with this costume~

(my shupink lashes were osm and definitely a must for this cosplay)

the pretty cure franchise as always been a part of my heart

i fell in love from the very first time i saw them transform into magical girls

that i always dream of~

tsubomi/cure actually is like the other side of me...

 and i am more of a cure marine character

though i cannot helpmyself not wantingto cosplay her..

since she's cureblossomafter all.. that pretty face,  lonely, shy,weak yet courageous girl...

yes that's what i love about her!

NIKKI in FOLK DANCING ("Sayaw sa Salakot")

I did a lot of crazy things last year :3

and I'm actually glad that I tried those things

and one of which was

*drum rolls*

yep! DANCING 

i joined the central district dance group for the folk dance competition

it was an experience of a lifetime lol (so dramu)

well i remember dancing folk dances during my elementary days

but that was x-years ago~ hello modern era!!!

so yeah~it was really fun, i had a great time practicing with my colleagues

it was also a chance for me to get to know other

teachers from other schools :]

but unfortunately we didn't win...

that was also a heartbreaking experience for me as a first timer

 lesson learned: don't join any folk dancing competitions anymore ~LOL

just kidding, well...if ever i'll be given a chance to join again,
then why not?! i mean #YOLO hahaha
then again, it's not all about winning...

the shoot was held at a college campus thank you very much to shun for accommodating us :]

everyone did well and the aftermath was a picnic style pot-luck-ish meal for everyone!

side note; it would've been better if there were a huge pack of zombies

blood spills and jam packed zombie beating everywhere

yeah! the blood was osm ... it added a lot of drama

surely it was a blast!

but we'll re-shoot this for shoot

this time...more zombies, more blood 

and more HOTD signature fan service LOL

Nikki for Cherry&Bubblegum's Bunny Hoodie

December of last year (2013) before our dear friend Engle leaves the country...  

~we decided to have a souvenir-ish fun shoot for Cherry&Bubblegum

yay!!! such soft! much cute! wow!

I tell you...it's a good and a smart buy for 1,000php

the hoodies are very cute did I already mention that? LOL

it's very fluffy too, it's perfect for cutesy photoshoots or costrips

it's also great for the cold weather for its texture :3

a quality product from Cherry&Bubblegum indeed!

p.s. it has ears!!! yes bunny ears for the record of cuteness~it's over 9,000!!!

Nikki and Miyumi's Misadventures: Audition for Goseiger Stunt Actors

I am actually sad that we aren't chosen to be the stunt actors of some sort~LOL

 for the goseigers' meet and greet here in the country

though we still tried and did our best

I just wish that somehow we were tall enough and sexy of course~huehuehue

 Here's a prayer of love from cure heart and diamond to you :3

 well after a very tiring and fun day of dance rehersal with SGR48

i went straight to QC Circle for our Pretty Cure! Doki Doki! shoot

actually I was very tired that day but out of courtesy and forkeeping them waiting...

I still wore my beast smile for them...and I am very sorry for being so late

our day shoot became a night shoot

but all thanks to our very OMS photogs somehow

it was a success:3

~though our cure rosetta didn't make it in costume...

...we'll still reschedule another shoot and I hope we'll be complete by that time <3

It was really fun and everyone's kind enough to teach everyone...

Nikki at LARO 2013

my recent activities include: dance practice, pretty cure shoot, audition for goseiger and more derping

butttt mehhhh~ iban and I went to LARO 2013 (day 2) though~

that was last October 31,2013...

we didn't see much familiar faces ... what would you expect from a newbie here XD

thus..we didn't enter the venue lels...we just watched from afar 

but our day was osm~nomnomonom :3

 we also used our gc huehuehue that ice cream milk tea was <3

 just derping and yep i already bought a set of temple of deceit 2 merciless eviction and 2 sphinx's revelation

...it's quite costly compared from the prices before...just saying huehue XD

~I think i wont be buying jace aot or elsphet 

but I still need 2 ashiok and a set of temple of silence

but i can wait....yep my wallet can wait XD

and because of my feels for M:TG here

i haff ta play test!!!

Iban accompanied me to a double bonanza event at Spiral:Valenzuela last November 01, 2013

but because we were late...i wasn't able to play for the first pod...

well this was worth remembering for me 'coz it's my first FNM :3

and i also got my first DCI card/number lels just because i lost my DCi card/number

that the guy from NG gave me :c

as for the game... I have so many misplays

I can'tbare it any more lels I feel so stupid haha

my first game was awful...bad draw...bad vibes..i wasso nervous i was shaking bad everything!!!

his gruul won eventually 2-0 lol

next game: dimir guy and his ever-endless shuffling haha everyday he's shuffling!!1

kidding aside...hahaha

first game was mine...second game was his...i got deck burned LOL

ain't that obvious?but i did a lot of misplays such as i should've played blood baron instead of jace ma

i should've canceled him...i should've placed the card at the bottom when i scry'd lol

too many to mention orz

moving on...to break the tie...we decided to dice roll and LUCKY me I was so UNLUCKY that day haha

he even won the dice roll lol sooooo closeeee

fcking close!

third game...my head feels stupid~it's palpating

hahaha but to cut it short~I had a great draw and great hands at hand while my opponent

is having his bad day...bad cards at hand...bad draw

so yeah I won...

I got myself a Theros booster pack

so my standing is 3wins and 3 loses

 I still got a long way to go...

I need more practice 

I need experience :3

Sailor Henshin Warriors at Cosplay Mania 2013

if it's cosplay mania ... then expect me to be present :3

i'm not used to going to cosplay cons every week~

i tend to choose among the biggest and worth coming to...

and i must say that cosmania is one of the most anticipated events here in the country

for this year's cosplay mania 2013 my group and i entered for the group cosplay competition

our group's name btw is-----------> Sailor Henshin Warriors *the feels*

obviously it's a Sailor Moon Cosplay group with my girls/gays/boys hihihi

actually, we just joined for fun

but winning is another thing :3

Cosplay Feature: NIKKI for a COSPLAY DOCUMENTARY by PVT Channel 4

i got a call from PTV Channel 4 last month for another cosplay feature~yay!!!

(cosplaying as a female rune knight from ragnarok...sorry i lost my knee high socks so yeah my legs are bare)

but this time, it's for a documentary about cosplay here in the Philippines

different cosplayers raging from cross dresser, japanese fashion enthusiast, otaku blogger, mecha cosplayer,

cosplayers from a cosplay organization, cosplayer/freelance model and me ( a plain cosplayer LOL ) were invited for the documentary and were interviewed regarding cosplay/cosplaying and the different issues about cosplay/cosplaying here in the country

it is somehow an in depth documentary on how cosplay began here in the country

the how and why did the Filipinos started cosplaying

there were a lot of topics actually, but everything else basically revolves around COSPLAY itself :3

NIKKI as a POLL CLERK

My first ever Brgy. Election Poll Clerk Experience was a SUCCESS!!!

yes...i normally serve as a support staff at a precinct or at the principal's office

but this was different and new for me...

I was actually nervous at first for I don't know what to do

despite the fact that i attended the seminar for the barangay elections...I still feel clueless XD

but my chairman and third member were all kind enough to encourage and guide all through out this experience :3

our call time was 4:30 in the morning...

preparations were made and we even reviewed the sample video~LOL

I thought it was hard, I thought I couldn't handle it...but I did

and it was actually easy...the procedures were easy during the actual voting...

voting was officially closed by 3:00 p.m. we immediately did the preparations for

appreciation of votes and so on...

we finished everything around 6:00 in the evening but waiting for our service to fetch us

to the area where we surrender the ballot box and other documents was a real pain

it took as i think almost 45 minutes while waiting for our service to come

which was... ehem... a dump truck...

yes trak ng basura po~

but despite feeling sorry we just enjoyed the ride and laughed it all off

(here's a photo with my chairman and third member at COMELEC right after we delivered the ER and other stuff)

we finished everything around 8:00 in th evening and I was at my house by 8:10 in the evening

Iwas really glad that I'm with my chairman and my third member they we're really kind and all <3

and I must say that we did well and we arrived home earlier than expected!

'til next elections :3

NIKKI at an EVENT at GATE WAY MALL

what kept me busy these days?

what have I been doing these days?

raaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaakkkkkkkkkkkkkeeeeeeeeeeet!!!

the sailor henshin warriors were called for an event c/o the araneta management

there were 9 cosplayers for the said event and we were divided into 3 groups, 3 cosplayers per group

were assigned to 3 different malls: gateway, ali mall and farmers

ollie me and mitch were assigned to give candies to the kiddos at gateway mall
