Nikki's Friday Night Magic at Neutral Grounds ETON Centris

well... last night was osm~

kim and i went to divi for our cloth shopping

then afterwards.. we went to eton centris walk

we went to neutral grounds eton centris around 11pm

and toour surprise there are still Magic The Gathering players

it was a Friday Night Magic for everyone

though we weren't able to sign up for the FNM

but hopefully next time we could!

i was actually scared at first... 

new environment...new faces...new everything!

but i managed to gather my courage and ask a certain MTG player 

for a game before his turn in the tourney :3

he's cards are of course strong~like the other players

as expected from eton centris players~though he was kind enough

to play with me even though my deck is trashy lol XD

as for the game per-se...
i was actually winning it because of my good hand

i managed to counter his creature spells (good thing for my control deck~he's a mid-range player)

i was also able to cast my sorin LOI into play and placed 4counters on it hihi

i also casted my blood baron and then i played for the emblem :]

i actually got the upper hand on the game

but unfortunately, our game was stopped because it was already his

turn to play for the FNM tourney

owell~ that was one quite hell of an experience nikki :3

hooja! i hope to improve real soon with my skills, game play and deck

it's just that i'm still paying up something that i can't buy

the cards that i need for my blue-black-white deck 

gott'a bear with my poverty as for now

NIKKI:Studio Casual Shoot

glomps~ it has been a while

lov'n that week of suspension XD

well... we did some sort'a studio shoot/fun shoot last august 26th 

it was fun...it was also my first time for a casual studio shoot

and i'm glad it was with philip and farra :3

the studio was around q.c idk lol 

it was a bit rainy but it didn't stop us! 

actually i feel bad for not picking a decent pair of shoes for the casual shoot

orz i just picked an ankle type boots...i thought it would go well

with that violet dress (well i was wrong)

it's a really lazy day for me today :3

classes were suspended today and even yesterday

I'm quite happy about that but the though of make up classes ticks me off~

though~ I must be productive

...it's raining cats and dogs thus I can't go out to buy

fabrics and materials for my project...

~also, I am so much indulged with Narimiya Hiroki
I am so much getting my live action and manga marathon fix today
as for now...I'll be watching Yankee kun to Megane chan
I've already read the manga but idk if there's an anime hehehe

My current life as a student

JGH from my saturday class~touch down!!!

well... I don't really have any interest in attending my classes every saturday...

but that was when I was in my former graduate school...

but since I transferred to a new school

I've been doing my very best to attend classes every saturday despite 

I have some scheduled events/activities every saturday...I always find time to attend my classes

because I felt that I needed this, it is fun here, it relieves me from stress,

it gives me laughter and I learn here

----last year...

I was so idealistic that I've enrolled for MAED major in Biological Science in

some osm school in Manila just because I am a BioSci major

...well the tuition fee is really pricy~lol

the professors were really experienced, intellectual, etc. in short~OSMNESS LEVEL of OVER 9,000

everything was osm for me that I couldn't handle it at all

not tomention it was too far away from home

I have to endure a heck of transportation just to be in class

I've given my best and my all for some numbers for some grades that I knew I don't deserve

their standards were really high that I thought was impossible 

but I made it through that sem

came 2nd semester...

I enrolled for 6 units because I will have NAT review classes that I don't want

to clash with my schooling

but somehow...the displacement fee was too costly 

which led me from dropping and asking for my refund~lol

everything made sense...

I was awaken from my own delusions

from my idealistic view...

yep----I should be PRACTICAL!!!

honestly, I only needed units...

I only needed the diploma...

and if I'll be able to graduate from my masterals and be promoted

then maybe that's the time when I could send myself 

to that ideal school that I always dreamed of...

and eventually graduate with the degree MAED major in biological science

but as for now...

I have to be practical~but my current school is not that bad

It is really fun here, no pressure at all

everyone is so friendly~even the professors

everything is the same actually

we have osm professors, facilities, osm classmates

 the only difference is that I'll be earning units while having fun here

I'm glad I'm here :3

come to think of it...I only wasted my time because of being too idealistic

i hate myself then...

...but experience was the best teacher for me lol

Next Cos-Project: Kagamine Rin

kagamine rin will be my next cos-project

but I am actually lacking the motivation to start making it...

though~I have already bought the fabrics lol

I have to finish this project before August 26...

philip will shoot this cos btw...I think it'll be a studio shoot

i need to finish you before the 26th okay?!
i have to start on a diet or so because of the belly!!!

DIY Ranka Lee Costume

hello~ I need some sugar and inspiration here...

~for I am about to start on a new cos-project!!!

yay! I am sooo slacking off
~so for the mean time...here's a review on my ranka lee sewing project:

after buying the needed fabrics...
I made the patterns-traced it on the fabric and cut it
(DICLAIMER; I don't have any formal education in sewing)

ribbons for the hand cuffs

 the base of the hand cuffs

 big bow for my hair

 here's the finished product!!!
use velcro/magic tape at the ends to secure each hand cuff
glue a hair clip at the back of the big bow so that it'll be easy to be place on to your wig

for the skirt...

get your emasurement and make a skirt pattern, trace it on to the fabric and then cut it

cut the needed fabrics for your other ribbpns and bows
ribbons and bows everywhere
it's actually really simple  so it's really easy to figure out

break time!!!

 while sewing my ruffles... I haff to get my ice drop fix too XD

 here are your ruffles to be sewn at the end of the skirt to make it more fluffy and frilly

now, sew them altogether...

I used the cream fabric for the base skirt toppped with the orange one

then I added ruffles at the end of the skirt

for the top... I forgot to take some photos so yeah

you just have to figure it out yourself

Idk... I am really a noob when it comes to sewing...

I hope to take a crash course on sewing though~ XD

~weddings are inspiring

I always get dazzled by the lovely atmosphere of every wedding ceremony

that I've witnessed...
But it's the first time for me to be one of the secondary sponsors :3
yay! I really didn't know what to do uyt all thanks to loki's guidance
I was able to carry out wtv I haff ta do!
~yeah!

the weather was really bad but thank God we made it on time before the ceremony
then we headed to oasis idk hahaha XD,
~where the reception was held
so the program was short but candid and sweet :]
the food was osm just because I love sweets and there are a lot
of sweet foodies there XD
the venue was very intimate and private <3
I love it in short!
I loved the wedding!

It was so inspiring that I wanted to get married next
but on a second thought!
we're not ready yet~and we're still young and all~
